Welcome to Rockland Pickleball Club. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.
Bookings & Cancellations
All court bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies are as follows: free cancellation within 10 minutes of booking or at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) are charged in full.
Facility Rules
All visitors must adhere to our facility rules. Violations may result in penalties as outlined in our FAQ section. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Rockland Pickleball Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or facilities.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
